Firstly, create and customize your Meeting Event Registration Page.
You may upload your own photo as Event Header Image.
Choose your preferred Event Registration Page Background Colour and text font colour to create your unique meeting event registration page for meetings event.

Next, create a seating plan for your Event. You may add the number of tables for your meeting event. With a Drag and Drop interface, arrange the tables to your actual physical event day layout. Label your tables for better identification for your event.
Then, start adding your participants to the tables. Once seats are assigned, QR Codes will be sent to your participants email address.
On your Meeting Event Day, request to scan your participants QR Code to confirm attendance. In addition, your participants seats will also be displayed. Thus, any of your meeting helpers can better guide your participants to their assigned seats.
You may also Download Kryx Events App to manage your Events on your Mobile Phone. Use your phone camera as your QR Code Scanner to scan your Participants QR Code for attendance. Simply login to your Kryx Events Host account in Kryx Events App, under Event Attendance, Click on the Camera Icon to start scanning your participants Event QR Codes.
Remember to Allow Permissions for the App to use your mobile phone camera.
