Planning for an Old School Gathering or a casual Party Gathering? Use KryX Events Registration to setup your Gathering Event Registration with ease.
Firstly, create and customize your Gathering Event Registration Page.
You may upload your own Design Gathering Photo as your Event Header Image.

Want your event registration page to be Private? Simply select Private event for your gathering event and set an event password. Only guests with your event password will be able to view your Gathering Event Registration Page to register for your Gathering.
Once you have created your Gathering Event, the event registration url link and QR code will be auto generated. Simply share the link or QR Code to your invited guests.

If you have set your Gathering Event as Private Event, do remember to also share your event password together with your event registration link and QR Code.
If you feel that having your invited guests to register for your gathering event is a little bit too much? No worries, simply add your guests to your event manually. You may also import your guests using csv file to add your guests in batch.
Next, create a seating plan for your Event. You may add the number of tables for your gathering event. With a Drag and Drop interface, arrange the tables to your actual physical event day layout. Label your tables for better identification for your event.
Then, start adding your guests to the tables. Once seats are assigned, QR Codes will be sent to your guests email address.
