A Guide on how KryX Events can help with your Seminar Event Registration so that you can just focus on your Seminar Itinerary.

Step 1


Create New Event


Enter Your Seminar Title, Description, Date & Time, Seminar Location, Contact Info

Upload your own design Event Banner

If Payment is required, enter your Payment Link.

* Kindly note that KryX Events DO NOT handle receiving of Payments.

Step 2


Add Guest Category


If your Seminar require the splitting up of guests into groups, managed by respective Person in charge, add your desired categories

You may allocate your registered Guests according to different categories

Step 3


Guest Registration


Your Guests may register via your auto generated Event Registration Link or QR Code

Alternatively, you may also accept offline sign ups and add your guests manually to your Event


Step 4


Add Seating Group


If your Event has multiple seating rooms such as different seminar rooms, you may create multiple seating groups

In cases where your Event only has one seating location such as an auditorium, just create 1 seating group

Step 5


Seats Allocation


Assign your registered guests to respective seating groups according to your seating arrangements

* For Paid Events, allocating of seats is used to reflect if your Guests Payment is confirmed. Do not allocate seats to unpaid guests.

Step 6


Guest Attendance


On Event day, simple scan your guests QR Code to check in to your event

Alternatively, you may register them via your Host account
