How to Update Event Guests Attendance

Event attendance is crucial both on the Event day itself as well as after Event analysis. Having a real time outlook on event attendance allows better actions planning, such as contacting guests that are absent or last minute arrangements of resources.

Registered Guests with QR Code Ticket Check In

Registered Guests with assigned Seats will receive QR Code Ticket via Email.

  • Under Event Attendance, Select the Event you created
  • Use the Check In Scanner and start scanning Registered Guests QR Codes Tickets to check in Guests.
  • Upon successful Check In, Assigned Seats will be displayed.
  • Email Notifications will also be sent to Registered Guest on their successful Check In with their assigned Seat.
  • Email Notifications will also be sent to Event Host on Guest Successful Check In

Registered Guests Without QR Code Ticket Check In

Registered Guests without QR Code Tickets may be manual check in by Event Host

  • Select the Event you created
  • Your Event Seating Plan will be shown
  • Arrived Guests will be displayed in Green
  • Guests that have not arrived will have checkbox beside their names
  • Select the guests who have just arrived by checking the check box beside their names.
  • Submit to mark their attendance to your event
  • Email Notifications will also be sent to Registered Guest on their successful Check In with their assigned Seat.
  • Email Notifications will also be sent to Event Host on Guest Successful Check In
