How to Register Guests to Events - Events Registration and Appointments

In general, there are 2 ways to register guests to events. Hosts manual registering of guests and guests self registration.

Manual Registering of Guests

Manual registering of guests allow the Event host to accept offline registration of guests and add the guests into the system. Or that the Event Hosts may already have a list of invited guests that requires to enter into the system, such as a Wedding Event.

Single Guest Registration

Select the event you want to register guests to
Enter the First and Last Name of the guests
Enter Guest Email ( Optional )
Enter Guest Contact Number ( Optional )
Submit to register new Guest

Bulk Registration of Guests

KryX Events has an import function where hosts can tabulate their guests list following our template and save the file as a CSV file.

Select the Event that you want to register the guests
Choose the CSV file you have created
Submit to upload the files

Guests Self Registration

For every Event created at KryX Events, a registration link for the event will be auto generated for you. PLUS, QR code feature has been added too. Use the registration link or QR Code to direct your guests to the Event Registration Site. From there, guests will be able to view your Event Details and register for your Event.

Distribute your event registration link in your marketing efforts.
You may also use your Event QR code too
Following the links or QR Code, guests will be directed to your event registration page.
Your Guests may submit their details to register for your event
