Firstly, What is Category?
The idea of implementing Category for Event Guests is to allow Event Hosts to group their Registered Guests if needed.
Why is there a need to group the guests?
We shall provide some examples to explain:
A. For wedding dinner events, you may have guests from the groom side or from the bride side. Creating the 2 category groups allow easier management and identity of the guests, which will also makes the seating arrangement an easier task.
B. For big events where you might have different person in charge to manage different groups of guests.
C. For Seminars, you might have guests that are attendees, guests that are panelists, or sponsors etc. Having the category allows the ease to identify the guests belonging to which group
